Illustriously talented interior designer Bee Osborn, partnered in November 2020 with Jonathan Ward to produce a candle to represent our new time at home. Inspired by a feeling of comfort, nestling, warmth, and heartfelt time with family (built by signature Jonathan Ward).
A noble breath of green nostalgia exhaled with a floral nuance and Scottish steely drive.
Fragrance Intense: recreating tincture and recipe within forest lair. Blackberry leaf peaking through wet peat peppered with black amber.
“Both Valery and I passionately emote throughout our crafts, synchronicity was instant. When we met, we both felt passionately that the notion of exploring human pheromones would wrap Valery’s memories in a sensuality that would feel modern, poetic, and nostalgic. She may be short, but her temperament and tenacity are Empire State in height." - Jonathan
Jonathan Ward candles are hand-poured using a certified organic wax blend. Complex fragrances delivered in the cleanest way. British craftsmanship, global spirit.
Objet d’Emotion operates instinctively in tandem with Valery’s personality, with admiration and support for personal relationships and close companions. Peau-eme continues to grow the narrative, creating emotions through scent and reliving cherished moments.
Peau-eme’s fragrance is inspired by tender memories from Valery’s childhood: Sneaking into her grandmother Marie-Louise’s bedroom to spritz herself with that pretty pump, leaving a rose scented trail behind her, naively thinking the subtleties wouldn’t be noticed. Secondly, a close friend who attended school with Valery, with an enchanting Persian background, always exuding a delicate Saffron aroma. Finally, the spicy white pepper, which would cloud the peaks of her grandfather’s meals and remain on his porous fingertips.
